Podcasts
ELLs benefit a great deal from hearing and processing language. Podcasts can be a great tool that encourage listening skills and language comprehension. Students can easily listen to podcasts as often as they need to comprehend and process the information using the tools they've been learning in class. For a class assignment, I used a Web 2.0 tool called Chirbit. I was able to create a podcast that explained a game I've played with my ELL students with ease and is something I can continually share.
